Time is flying, books are selling! The paperback edition of The Box Children is in process for publication next summer, with a newly-designed cover. I'm doing my first writing workshop in conjunction with a reading (see below), and am also scheduling appearances with book clubs, both in-person and online. It is so good to meet and talk with readers.
At the upcoming Texas Book Festival in Austin, I'll be on two panels:
Sat. Nov. 16, 2:30 to 3 p.m., 'My First Time: First Novels'
Sun. Nov. 17, 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., 'Writing About Small-Town Texas'
If you have friends in Austin, please let them know!
